On today's Weekly Weekend Warrior episode.. With no other wide releases aroun Zach Cregger's "Resident Evil " reboot easily infected the domestic top spot and took the crown. But .. can the zombie horror film stay on top with the release of "Avengers: Endgame : Encore", "Forgotten Island" AND " Primetime" this Friday? Ooooh... I'm sorry Gremlins fan but we're gonna have to wait until October 2028 to see "Gremlins 3".. Plus Taylor Lautner is now a first time dad, "Toy Story 5" is out on both Disney+ AND DVD this week and for part of a big 2 part requested birthday film flashback I take a look back at the first entries of two of the biggest fantasy film series that turn 25 this fall.
